Adult Summer Reading Program

How It Works:

  • Pick up an Adult Summer Reading log at the library starting June 1 or print one from our website.

  • Read books between June 1 and July 31 and record each one on a leaf of your reading tree.

  • Include the title and author for every book you read.

  • Up to 3 children’s books may count toward each log.

  • Once you finish a log, you may pick up another and continue reading all summer long!

  • You may turn in completed logs at any time during the program.

  • Not planning to finish all 10 books? You can still turn in your log at any time to receive raffle entries for the books you completed.

  • All logs must be turned in by July 31.

  • Complete all 10 leaves on a reading log to receive a $5 gift card to a local business.

  • Each completed book also earns 1 raffle ticket toward a larger end-of-summer prize drawing.

  • You do not need to complete all 10 books to earn raffle tickets.

Happy Reading!

Prizes:

  • The more books you read and logs you complete, the more raffle entries you earn!
