2026 Children's Summer Reading Program

"Plant a Seed, Read"

How Do I Join the Fun?

  • Registration is required and begins Friday, May 22nd. You may register at any time during the program.

  • Open to ages 0-18.

  • Pick up a reading log at the front desk or print one from our website.

  • For every 20 minutes you read, fill in a leaf on your log. Read at your own pace!

  • Join us at our weekly events to earn bonus prizes and tickets!

  • The first 100 participants to turn in a completed reading log will receive a ticket to a special end-of-summer celebration at Riverside Riverslide in Moline on August 2nd!

Prizes

How Do Prizes Work?

  • Turn in a completed reading log to get a raffle ticket!

  • Make sure to pick up a new log and keep reading!

Grand Prizes

  • Each completed log = 1 grand prize entry.

  • You can enter multiple raffles, but win only one grand prize.
